Fixit cannot be held liable for any damage, loss, or dispute arising directly from the relationship between a client and a provider. Any claim must be addressed to Fixit for mediation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content of the application and the site (logos, texts, images, code) is the exclusive property of Kavio and protected by intellectual property law.
